Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the service, pricing, booking, cancellation, payment and conduct arrangements that apply to Aprendira lessons and lesson packages.

Aprendira provides live online English, French and Spanish tuition for children and adults. Services may include individual lessons, packages, private groups, learning materials, feedback, homework, consultations and organisational language-training programmes.

New individual learners, families or private groups may receive one complimentary 15-minute online consultation. It is used to understand goals, previous experience, likely starting point, format and scheduling needs; it is not a free lesson or formal level certification.

Individual online tuition currently starts at £24 for 30 minutes, £32 for 45 minutes and £40 for 60 minutes. Five- and ten-lesson packages are available, with package validity and cancellation terms set out in the full terms.

The terms also cover private groups, children and safeguarding, materials and intellectual property, conduct, no guaranteed outcome, organisational programmes, complaints, events outside reasonable control, governing law and company contact details.
